To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, we conduct a quick security check on all orders over $500. In some cases, if we suspect unusual activity, this check may also apply to smaller orders.Orders are only confirmed once the security check is complete. Our team may contact you by email or phone to verify details as part of this process. Delivery timeframes begin after order confirmation, and we will work efficiently to keep your order on track.Thank you for your understanding, as this step helps ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for you.

All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from Gold Coast, this is followed by a delivery time frame. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days for metro areas and 7–14 business days for rural and remote locations. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas. For Standard Shipping, we offer free delivery on orders over $99, excluding bulky items. Orders under $99 will incur a $9.90 flat shipping fee.

We also offer a Click & Collect service, allowing you to order online and conveniently pick up your items in-store at no extra cost. Make sure to collect your order within 7 days from when you're notified that your order is ready.

$14.00 Express Shipping option is available for non-bulky items, usually arriving next business day in metro areas. Express shipping is not available for e-bikes and for delivery to WA, NT and remote areas.
