The Biggie’s rear motor wheel is the housing for your motor. It comes prebuilt with the spokes and rim for the rear tyre, which makes installation much easier.
Important: This replacement part does not include the motor itself. Ordering this product will give you the wheel only, so you’ll reuse your current motor.
Your Fatfish Biggie fat tyre e-bike uses a rear hub motor, which is perfect for fat tyre bikes. It keeps the bike planted on the ground and helps maintain a balanced centre of gravity for better control, especially on dual-passenger rides.
When should you replace your rear hub motor wheel?
Now that you know the role this wheel plays in protecting one of the most important parts of your Biggie, it’s worth keeping it in perfect condition. If you spot even a small bend, curve, kink, or crack, your motor and wiring could be at risk. That’s your signal to replace it.
How hard is it to replace the rear hub motor wheel on an ebike?
Replacing a rear motor wheel can be tricky. Depending on the condition of the old wheel, you might also need to swap or repair other parts that keep the motor secure and running properly. We recommend having the work done by an e-bike specialist.
Can you use a different rear motor wheel?
We don’t recommend it. This wheel is designed specifically for the Fatfish Biggie to ensure everything lines up and stays secure. If you want to change the look, use accessories rather than swapping in a non-matching wheel.

All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days from Gold Coast, this is followed by a delivery time frame. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days for metro areas and 7–14 business days for rural and remote locations. Excludes WA, NT and remote areas. For Standard Shipping, we offer free delivery on orders over $99, excluding bulky items. Orders under $99 will incur a $9.90 flat shipping fee.
